The last day to register to vote is 15 days prior to any election. Citizens of California who will be at least 18 years of age at the time of the next election are eligible to vote.
In order to vote in California, you must be registered in the county where you live. If you move, change your name, or change your political party you must re-register.
Voter registration cards can be picked up at your county elections office, library, or U.S. Post Office.
